Terms and Conditions — 11qp: Platform Rules of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform 11qp, available at 11qp.click, and all related services, including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, bonuses, and promotions.

By registering on 11qp, you expressly confirm that:

• Has read, understood, and fully accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• The information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and up to date;
• Will use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, within the legal limits currently in force in Brazil.

Accepting these Terms is a mandatory condition for using any feature of the 11qp. Users who do not agree with the Terms must stop using the platform immediately and request account closure through support.

To create an account and use the services of 11qp, the user must meet all of the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be included on any gambling or betting restriction list imposed by a competent authority;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 11qp;
• Not having any other active account on the platform — only one account per CPF, email address, and device is allowed.

The 11qp reserves the right to request, at any time, documents verifying the user's identity, age and address. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport and a proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, at the discretion of the compliance team.

Each user is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their 11qp account credentials. 11qp. This includes your login, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes you have set up.

The user agrees to:

• Not sharing login credentials with third parties, including family members;
• Use a strong, unique password that is different from those used on other services;
• Immediately notify 11qp support of the 11qp in the event of suspected unauthorized access;
• Keep your account details (email, phone number, address) up to date in the account dashboard at all times;
• Not using another person's account, even with the account holder's authorization.

The 11qp is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of the account when access occurs using the user's correct credentials. All activity carried out with valid credentials will be deemed to have been performed by the account holder, unless prior written notice of compromise was sent to support.

Two-factor authentication via email or SMS is available in the account dashboard and is strongly recommended for all users of 11qp.

The 11qp accepts the following deposit methods, all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for any method. There is no standard maximum limit for Pix deposits; personalized limits may apply to accounts with a specific history, subject to review by the compliance team.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. The use of third-party cards or accounts is strictly prohibited. The 11qp may request proof of ownership of the payment method used at any time.

Withdrawals on 11qp are processed exclusively via Pix, to keys registered to bank accounts held in the platform account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Processing time varies depending on the account's verification level:

• Verified account (KYC complete): up to 5 minutes for Pix withdrawals during business hours; up to 15 minutes outside business hours;
• Account under review: up to 24 business hours while the identity verification process is underway;
• Gold and Diamond VIP Account: within 2 minutes at any time of day.

The 11qp reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations indicating the need for enhanced verification, in line with regulatory obligations. Withdrawals that do not meet verification requirements may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.

If there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, 11qp may place the withdrawal on hold and notify the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including Law No. 9,613/1998 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act).

The 11qp offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, and Sudamericana — as well as NBA, NBB (Basquete Brasil), UFC/MMA, volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, VALORANT), and other domestic and international events.

By placing bets on the platform, the user agrees to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation;
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the valid odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• The 11qp reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, notifying the user and returning the staked amount to their balance;
• Bets on events cancelled, postponed or suspended before the scheduled end of regulation time will be considered void and the staked amount returned to the user's balance;
• In live betting, 11qp may temporarily suspend the market during critical moments of an event (goals, red cards, penalties) — bets under review will be confirmed or voided within a few seconds;
• The maximum bet limit per event may vary depending on the market and the user's account level.

The casino at 11qp offers slots, Live Casino with dealers in Portuguese, crash games, scratch cards, video poker and table games. All games are provided by certified studios and regularly audited by independent laboratories, including eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• The results of all games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG), with no interference from 11qp in individual results;
• The RTP (Return to Player) stated for each game is a theoretical average calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific return in individual sessions;
• The house holds a mathematical edge in all games — playing at the casino is a form of entertainment, not an income-generating strategy;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the round in progress may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your balance — 11qp is not responsible for partial results in rounds interrupted by technical failure;

The 11qp offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, available on the promotion page within the platform. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each offer:

• Welcome bonus: available to new users on their first deposit only. Cannot be combined with other active deposit bonuses;
• Rollover (wagering requirement): the bonus amount must be wagered the number of times indicated in the promotion's terms before any withdrawal of the bonus balance can be requested;
• Minimum odds: bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in each promotion do not count toward rollover requirements;
• Validity period: unused bonuses or those whose rollover has not been completed within the specified timeframe will be automatically cancelled, with no right to compensation;
• Weekly cashback: calculated on net losses from Monday through Friday and credited on Saturdays — no rollover, available immediately as real balance for use or withdrawal;
• The 11qp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible;
• Bonus abuse, creating multiple accounts to obtain promotions, or any form of improper exploitation of promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the user themselves;
• Loss limit: sets the maximum loss amount accepted within a given period;
• Session time limit: automatically ends the session after the defined time;
• Cooling-off period: temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately;
• Voluntary exclusion: temporary or permanent account closure at the user's request, with no balance retention.

Use of the platform 11qp is intended exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (multiple accounts per CPF, device, or IP address);
• Using bots, scripts, automation software or any technology to place bets or interact with games in an automated manner;
• Participating in any bet arbitrage scheme, sure-bet wagering, or strategies that exploit odds inconsistencies across platforms in violation of these Terms;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, compromising system security or interfering with the technical operation of the services;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity under Brazilian law;
• Misusing customer support by providing false information, making threats or behaving abusively toward agents;
• Assigning, selling or transferring the account to a third party.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of pending withdrawals for investigation, and permanent account closure, with no right of appeal in proven cases of fraud.

Users may request the closure of their account at 11qp at any time, through live chat support or by email at suporte@11qp.click. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered by the user, provided there are no pending verification or investigation matters.

The 11qp reserves the right to close accounts unilaterally in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, match fixing, or money laundering;
• Proven bonus or promotion abuse;
• Order from a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be cancelled. Real balances deposited by the user will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be withheld during investigation processes, in accordance with the legal obligations of the 11qp.

• To collect only the data necessary for service delivery and compliance with legal obligations;
• Not to sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without express consent;

• To fulfill requests for data access, correction, portability, and deletion as guaranteed by the LGPD;
• Retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.

The 11qp upholds high technical and operational standards to ensure service availability and integrity. However, the platform is provided "as is", and the 11qp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.

The 11qp is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from instability in the user's internet connection;
• Bet or game results occurring during duly communicated periods of technical instability;
• Betting decisions made based on information outside the platform;
• Financial losses resulting from use of the platform within the rules set out in these Terms — betting is a risk activity and may result in the total loss of the amount wagered;
• Withdrawal delays caused by instability at financial institutions or in the Central Bank's Pix system.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 11qp for damages to the user exceed the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

The 11qp may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice via email to the address registered on the user's account.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the Ministry of Finance regulations applicable to the fixed-odds betting sector.

The courts of the user's place of domicile shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, as guaranteed by Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
